This exhibition shows different aspects of the sport subject in art of the Soviet era: propaganda posters showing how sports were incorporated into the daily lives of Soviets in order to make them more well-rounded individuals and more productive workers; graphic works by Tamara Rein telling stories on camping trips and yachting regattas, sunny seascapes by Solomon Boim and his daughter Rahil Boim; Nikolay Viting's colored lithograph series on boxing, volleyball and basketball; and big variety of paintings by Soviet artists 1930-1980s.
